Ross’s personal and professional lives are built on the values of trust, integrity and community. Whether helping a client solve a complex financial issue or simply being a reliable professional to talk to, Ross is committed to making a difference.

Ross is a third-generation financial professional in Erie, continuing the tradition started by his grandfather, Ivan. Growing up, Ross was inspired by the positive impact both his father and grandfather had on their clients, which naturally led him to follow in their footsteps.

Before fully committing to the financial services industry, Ross managed a sports bar while attending college and worked as a caddie during his teenage years. These roles helped him develop strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving, which he now applies to his work with clients.

Ross' professional credentials include life, health and state annuity certifications, along with having passed the Series 65 securities exam. Additionally, he is a Certified Social Security Claiming Strategist (CSSCS). His experience and industry knowledge have earned him features in notable broadcasts and publications, like MoneyGeek and Erie News Now, where he helped explain the sometimes-challenging details of the Pennie insurance program.

Ross is married to his high school sweetheart, Maggie, who not only thrives as a realtor in Erie but also as Runstedler Life & Retirement’s office administrator. Ross and Maggie welcomed their son, Otto, into the world in October 2023, and Ross hopes one day Otto will join the family legacy! Having lived in Erie for his entire life, Ross is deeply connected to his community as both a business owner and neighbor. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, landscaping and barbecuing.
